Clinical Observation on Facial Dermabrasion

Abstract

|
Abrasive therapy for the cutaneous scars, such as acne and small pox marks has been well accepted in the practice of plastic surgery.
With the 142 cases of the facial dermabrasion performed in the Yonsei Medical Center during Jan. 1970 to April 1975, comprehensive analysis was, done in the regard with the clinical manifestation, this is to say the age, sex, variety of scars, bleeding on operation, exudate and edema after operation, number of ctheraphy, complication and period of hospitalization and complete recovery.
